This is my signature 10, 15, or 20-foot long line slip lead — just 6mm (0.236 inches) thin — yet sturdy, strong, and reliable.
Handcrafted with care, this dog training lead features a snug, spring-loaded push-button stopper and premium hand-cut, hand-stitched leather binding.
Designed and made by me (Peter), a professional dog trainer and behaviourist, with love, passion, and attention to detail.
The lead is made from high-quality polypropylene multifilament round durable rope with a strong inner core. I chose this material because it offers a unique balance: it's strong and sturdy for precise handling (even with challenging dogs), durable and can withstand some dragging on the ground, yet extremely lightweight and soft in the hand. It provides clear communication and fine control, especially with strong, determined medium to large breeds.
Thanks to the responsive nature of the rope and the slip design, this lead allows for subtle and gentle guidance. Pressure is applied and released quickly and smoothly, delivering immediate and clear information without needing force.
The rope has a silky, smooth surface with a slight shine. It floats, repels water, and dries quickly. It’s also non-toxic, mildew- and rot-resistant, and easy to clean (machine washable up to 30°C).
At 6mm thick, this lead strikes the perfect balance — in my experience — between comfort, control, and responsiveness. It’s also available in 8mm variants for different handling preferences.
The snug push-button stopper keeps the collar loop securely in place, maintaining consistent size during training sessions.
My goal with every product I create is to blend functionality with joy — something that feels good in your hands, works beautifully, and looks great, too. As a professional, safety and quality are always my top priorities.
Each end of the lead is welded, hand-stitched, and reinforced with 1.5mm distressed buffalo leather, which is again hand-stitched for durability and style.

Trainer’s Tips:
This slip lead is designed to communicate with your dog through gentle pressure and timely release.
Dogs must be introduced to and trained with this type of guidance; it's a communication tool.
Proper placement is key: position the lead as high on the neck as possible, just behind the ears. Adjust the stopper so the loop fits snugly but comfortably — you should be able to slide two fingers underneath without pressure.
Slip leads are simple yet powerful tools, but they require some basic handling skills. If you're unsure, consult a professional dog trainer.
